Ya hay una causa en Twitter #boicoticket contra este abuso.
Pero, ¿las productoras realmente cometen un abuso?
A la luz del análisis del producto, parece que sí. A la luz de lo que piensan los consumidores, también. Sin embargo, a la luz de lo que hacen, parece que no. Es decir, que las entradas sean muy caras es tu culpa también (si es que compraste).
Un principio básico de la economía es que hay unos que ofrecen sus productos y otros que los compran. Del acuerdo de las dos partes surge un precio de equilibrio en que la cantidad ofrecida es equivalente a la cantidad demandada.
Cuando el precio supera ese punto de equilibrio, el empresario se queda con un stock que no vende y pierde.
Al revés, cuando el precio está bajo, no hay suficiente para todos los consumidores y, de nuevo, el vendedor pierde: no le saca el mejor precio a su producto.
Da la impresión de que, en el caso de Faith no More y, en general, todos los conciertos con "precios caros", pasa justamente esto último: las entradas se agotan y gente que podría pagar se queda sin boletos. Probablemente, la productora podría haber vendido las entradas aún más caras y haber llenado el estadio igual.Entonces, cuando fijan un segundo concierto, colocando menos entradas a la venta, parece lógico que los precios sean aún mayores, aunque el servicio ofrecido sea como el forro. Porque la gente lo acepta.
En principio, la solución pasa por el mercado: si tú ni tus amigos ni los amigos de tus amigos no compran entradas y no llenan los estadios, probablemente los boletos para los próximos conciertos serán más baratos.
En otros países, las asociaciones de connsumidores funcionan disciplinadamente. Aquí, no.
Así que tendremos que seguir aguantando. A las productoras y a los que alegan.

Tiempo atras pensaba que era imposible que la gente se pusiera de acuerdo para boicotear algun show, por que si tienes la unica oportunidad de ver a tus artistas favoritos de alguna forma te las vas a arreglar... pero, nunca me voy a olvidar del Pepsi Fest... se corrio la voz y si bien mucha gente igual compro caro... no fue suficiente y la productora se vio obligada a sacar 2x1 y promociones raras para poder rentabilizar... o sea, si nos ponemos de acuerdo y mas gente se informa de los sobreprecios que estamos pagando tal vez algun dia lleguemos a tener precios decentes o por lo menos no tan abusivos
